This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through suitheritage.com.

1. 24-Hour Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel any Suit Heritage order within 24 hours of placing it without a cancellation fee.

This applies to:

• Standard Size orders
• Tailored Size / Made-to-Measure orders
• Custom Made / Bespoke orders

To cancel, email info@suitheritage.com as soon as possible and include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• A clear statement that you wish to cancel the order

Email is recommended so that there is a written record of when your cancellation request was submitted.

A cancellation request received within 24 hours of the order being placed will be treated as being within the free cancellation period even if our team reviews the request later.

2. When Production Begins

Production or order preparation normally begins after the initial 24-hour cancellation period.

For Tailored Size / Made-to-Measure and Custom Made / Bespoke orders, production also depends on receiving any required measurements and specifications.

The 24-hour cancellation period begins when the order is placed, not when measurements or customization details are later supplied.

3. Cancellation After 24 Hours

Standard Size Orders

After 24 hours, contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

If production or preparation has not progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer practical, we may still be able to cancel the order.

Cancellation after the initial 24-hour period is not guaranteed.

If a Standard Size order can no longer be cancelled and is delivered to you, it may still qualify for return under our 30-calendar-day Standard Size return policy, provided it meets the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Tailored Size / Made-to-Measure Orders

After the initial 24-hour period, Tailored Size and Made-to-Measure orders may enter individual production.

Once production has begun, cancellation is normally no longer available because the garment is being produced specifically using your measurements.

This does not affect your rights where the completed garment is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially fails to match the measurements and specifications you confirmed.

Custom Made / Bespoke Orders

After the initial 24-hour period, Custom Made and Bespoke orders may enter individual production based on your measurements, styling choices, and customization selections.

Once production has begun, cancellation is normally no longer available.

This does not affect your rights where the completed garment is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially fails to match the measurements or customization specifications you confirmed.

4. How Cancellation Refunds Are Issued

Where an order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We normally process approved cancellation refunds within 7 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Suit Heritage does not control processing times imposed by banks or other payment providers.

5. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you need to change something shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately.

Depending on the stage of production, we may be able to help with changes involving:

• Shipping address
• Standard size selection
• Measurements
• Customization
• Color
• Other specifications

Changes are not guaranteed after production has started.

Where a requested change affects the price or production requirements, we will explain any applicable difference before making the change.

6. Cancellation by Suit Heritage

We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product, material, or customization is unavailable
• Payment cannot be verified
• We identify an obvious pricing or listing error
• We cannot reasonably produce the requested specifications
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment
• The order violates our Terms of Service
• An event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfillment

If Suit Heritage cancels an order and you are not responsible for the cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to your original payment method.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits any cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
