I had entered one of my measurements incorrectly and the team contacted me because it didn’t look consistent with the others. That probably saved the entire order. The final suit arrived fitting exactly the way I wanted it to. That attention made a big difference.

I was a little hesitant about submitting measurements online, but the instructions were clear and the finished suit came very close to what I would expect from an in-person tailor. The waist suppression and trouser fit were especially good. I’ll make one small measurement adjustment on my next order, but overall I’m very impressed.

I’m difficult to fit off the rack because I have broader shoulders and a smaller waist. With my usual suits I’m always compromising somewhere. This one fits cleanly across the chest without looking oversized through the body. That alone made the custom option worth it.
