Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 2026 | Governing Law: State of Delaware, United States
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of suitheritage.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Company
Suit Heritage (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates suitheritage.com, an online retailer and custom tailoring service specialising in bespoke and made-to-measure formal wear. Queries may be directed to support@suitheritage.com.
2. Orders & Contract
An order placed on suitheritage.com constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to confirmation, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
For custom and MTM orders, you will receive a measurement and specification confirmation before production begins. It is your responsibility to review and approve this confirmation. Once approved, the order enters production and cannot be amended or cancelled.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are inclusive of any applicable sales tax where required by law.
- International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes (see Shipping Policy).
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay, Apple Pay and more listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely and is required in full before production begins.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
4. Custom Garments, Your Responsibilities
When ordering a custom or MTM garment, you accept that:
- You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. Suit Heritage will produce garments to the measurements submitted and approved by you.
- Minor variations inherent in handcrafted construction (typically ±1cm) are within industry-accepted tolerances and do not constitute defects.
- Suit Heritage cannot be held responsible for poor fit resulting from inaccurate customer-submitted measurements.
- You should consult our measurement guide and contact us with any queries before confirming your order. We are always happy to assist.
5. Fabric & Materials
Suit Heritage makes every effort to represent fabrics accurately through photography and written descriptions. Due to natural variations in monitor calibration and the inherent characteristics of woven textiles, exact color and texture matches cannot be guaranteed.
In the event a selected fabric becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to select an alternative of equal or greater value. If no acceptable alternative is agreed, a full refund will be issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on suitheritage.com — including text, photography, brand identity, product names, and design — is the property of Suit Heritage and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suit Heritage’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published at suitheritage.com/terms-conditions. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
