    Eligibility & Accounts

    • Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
    • SuitHeritage reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its

    Products & Custom Garments

    SuitHeritage offers: – Ready-to-Wear (RTW) – Made-to-Measure (MTM) – Fully Custom Tailoring.


    Product images are for reference only. Variations in color, texture, fabric pattern alignment, and finishing may occur due to screen differences and the handmade tailoring process.


    For custom garments, measurements are either provided by the customer or collected digitally.
    SuitHeritage is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

    Order Acceptance & Cancellation

    • Orders are accepted only after successful payment and order confirmation.
    • SuitHeritage reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

    Cancellation Policy : RTW orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped. – MTM and Fully Custom
    orders cannot be cancelled once production begins (usually within 24 hours).

    Pricing, Taxes & Payment

    • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
    • Payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
    • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

    Production Timelines

    • Ready-to-Wear: 7–10 business days
    • Made-to-Measure: 14–20 business days
    • Fully Custom Tailoring: 3–5 weeks

    Timelines may vary due to peak seasons, fabric availability, or measurement reconfirmation.

    Returns, Refunds & Alterations

    • Custom-made garments (MTM & Fully Custom) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and nonexchangeable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
    • RTW items may qualify for returns under the Return & Refund Policy.
    • Alteration credit may be offered for minor fit adjustments.

    Intellectual Property

    All website content, designs, logos, images, and text are the intellectual property of SuitHeritage and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability
