We ship worldwide. Every Suit Heritage order, whether a ready-to-wear piece or a fully bespoke commission is dispatched with full tracking and insured for its declared value.
Production Timelines
Before your garment ships, it must be made. Please allow the following production times in addition to shipping:

Transit Time (Shipping)
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes the following additional time:

We carry no standing inventory, every garment is made fresh to order. All handling times are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Times may vary slightly during peak seasons. If your order is time sensitive for a wedding, event, or occasion , please contact us before ordering.
Shipping Methods & Timelines

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons. Express shipping does not reduce production time — only the shipping phase.
Carriers
Suit Heritage ships all orders via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We select the carrier for each shipment based on destination, service availability, and reliability. All three carriers provide full end-to-end tracking, and your tracking number and carrier link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you have a specific delivery requirement (e.g. PO Box restrictions, signature required, or commercial address), please note this at checkout or contact us before your order ships. Once a parcel is with the carrier we have limited ability to amend delivery instructions.
Order Tracking
A tracking number and carrier link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within your expected production window, please contact us at support@suitheritage.com.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot predict, control, or reimburse customs charges. We recommend checking your country’s import duty rates for apparel before ordering.
- All parcels are declared at their correct commercial value. We do not mark shipments as ‘gifts’ or undervalue declarations.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue.
Once a carrier marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. In the event of suspected theft after delivery, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement in such cases.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Suit Heritage cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to amend an address after ordering, contact us immediately, we can update it provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
